I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to gold mirror card, then placed on to a red card.
Layered all elements. Added gems to the bubbles on the background, and glittered the champagne and the sparkly bits on the background. Finished with 2 of the greetings.
A very attractive design, which will suit engagement, weddings, anniversaries......
