I decoupaged the various pieces onto the main image using foam pads. I layered the cut out frame also using foam pads.

I then mounted the whole picture onto matching purple card, added a peel off greeting and the decoupaged bells on either side of this.,I decoupaged the various pieces onto the main image using foam pads.
