Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I stuck the Topper to a Silver Card. I used Foam Pads to add the Decoupage. I put a small amount of Glitter on the Hearts. I stuck Pearls around the Design. A Beautiful Design, easy to make up into a special card.
