Happy Grooms Wedding Day Topper Completed by Wynona O'neil

I printed the design out and cut out the images. I used a lime green glitter card as my base, onto which I added a small matte card in black and then added my main design to the black card.

I used foam pads to build the design into 3D and added some black diamentes after raising the provided greeting by using foam pads.
