I covered card stock with a creamy/red paper. I cut out the decoupage and stuck the main part on to red paper with just a very small margin around, and stuck that to the card.

I then stuck the first piece of the decoupage on to the card and assembled the remaining pieces. I added the "Happy Anniversary" message.
