Blue Ribbons and LaceCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I made up the decoupage and stuck to white card. I attached beautiful blue and white lace which was very appropriate for this design. I then attached jewels to each of the bows and heart embellishments to the side of the lady. Glittered in the right places.

The sentiments tag was mat and layered onto blue hearts holographic card.
