I have designed this decoupage as a very easy sheet, ideal for any crafter at any level. Simply cut out the base and glue to your card and then cut out the layers, then using 3D foam or silicone glue add the layers to the base design on your card.
Embellish if you want. A very quick and effective looking design.

I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to gold linen card, then placed on to a white scalloped edge card.
Layered all elements. Embellished with a ribbon rose, a bow with a pearl, and glitter on the bell.
Such a pretty design, so simple to cut out and put together, then dress it up as much or as little as you like.
