I printed this design onto quality photo paper, cut out the elements and decoupaged them with foam pads. Onto a purple card I layered a rectangular piece of white embossed card and then the image, partially covering both.

Finally I added some faux pearls down one side and on the lady's hat. This is a gorgeous image to make up a quick and easy card.
