Plum Wedding Pretty Butterfly Fan Decoupage Step by Step

I have designed this card or paper project topper to be used either

on its own or with the matching folded card. You can either cut out the full A5

section and then cut out the layers and build up, or cut out the

fan and use without the background and then build the matching layers

I have included beautiful butterflies and flowers to edge the fan and there

are the extra ones to decoupage with. There is a bow with pearls wrapped around

it and a diamond bobby pin to finish off your topper.
