A crumpled paper background, a scalloped round frame decorated with flowers and all tied with a large ribbon and bow.
The ribbon and the flowers can be decoupaged.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the flowers and to the centre of the bow.
