OccasionI printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads and the Greeting Tag was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to the top of my card with foam tape.
To finish I added Glitter to the Greeting Tag and Clear gems to each corner and I used a Matching insert, with Verse inside.
I matted the small topper onto Silver Mirri card and added to the reverse of my card with d/s tape and used Silver Handmade peel offs.
