Congratulations Bells Square Lace Card Front Step by Step

I have designed this card front to be both easy and quick, with 2 toppers and 2 sets of lace corners, to

give a decoupage feeling. The card front is sized as a 5 1/2inch x 5 1/2inch square

and I have also designed a matching envelope for the card even though you do not have to use

both together.
