With this design, i placed the main card base onto a cream C5 card, i then added a silver border to highlight the design base, to the outside and inside of the frame, to finish off i placed some little pearls to the decoupage flowers, adding a pink and purple ceramic flower in the centre of these, i added a feather so that the flowers were on top of the base, and added the best wishes sentiment.
