Victorian Boot and Fan, Happy Birthday/best Wishes DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed this beautiful design onto matt photo paper and carefully cut out the parts. I attached the main image to a shell pink tentfold C5 leather effect pearlised card with DST.

I decoupaged with 2mm foam.I added a pearl to the bow and used large white pearls ,silver stickles and tiny cristal gems to the fan brooch.

The pink card background brings out the details in the card and allows it to display itself. This is a gorgeously pretty design,which I found with a shooting star whilst looking through some early CUP cards! I think the finished card is spectacularly elegant!

Yet it is easy to craft and I have only added a few gems to embellish. I absolutely LOVE this.
