Top Hat Totty 3 Decoupage

These fascinator hats are all the rage this year. Isn't this

brown-eyed blonde gorgeous?

After printing, cutting, and applying the extra image using foam pads, I used a bit of glitter glue to highlight her

hair as though she were outside standing in the sun. It sparkles along with the rhinestone chain on her hat.

One part of the ribbon was bent upward with a clear rhinestone gem placed on it.

The image was mounted onto

a sparkly light lime green and

I think it matches perfectly.
