Yipee She's Passed, Driving Test
a decoupage sheet for the young ladies who have just passed their driving test has a cute female teddy with a celebration bunch of flowers just tossing her L plate to one side has ribbon trim with passed across the topper and a lovely pink bow has a key and fob tag which says congrats also a blank fob for the greeting of your choice

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then added a red wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for any lady who has passed her driving test, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment to finish. A gorgeous design.
