Wise Owl Thank You Square Card Front and Decoupage
A lovely thank you card that would be perfect for children to give to their teachers or class room assistants at the end of the school year.
Quick & easy to make 8x8 square card that the children could make themselves.
Could also be used for many other occasions where you want to say "Thank you"

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I first reduced the size of the design as it doesn't quite fit onto an 8x8 card and printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements.
I used an 8" scalloped edged card blank and then cut to size a sheet of green bubble embossed paper and used a scalloped edged punch and punched all around the edges.
I used another corner punch for the four corners and then adhered the topper using dst. I decoupaged the rest of the elements using glue gel. I finished off the card by embellishing using buttons and a bow. A really sweet card to make.
