Copied to premium, glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to blue Mirri card and then to red card using d.s.t. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape slightly curving the edges. Added red , blue and silver glitter some peel-off stars and a red flower.

Put a feather , a red pearl and some blue leaves bottom right. Blue leaves and red pearl top left using gem glue.

Added a peel -off border and some blue squares at each corner.The leaves at the bottom I snuggled up to the medallion so the eye doesn't travel away from it A stunning image with many, many possibilities to make up into a card.
