The MermaidCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the mermaid. Onto a round white card I layered a metallic aqua circle and then the image over that.

I punched different sized circles out of the card and aqua background to mirror the bubbles on the image. Finally I adhered some small shells and glitter glue here and there to complete the card. This handsome image could be used for many different occasions.
