Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach Topper to a white textured card. I used foam pads to build the Decoupage elements. I stuck the sentiment to the bottom of the card.

I stuck a red gem into the middle of last layer. This is a fantastic design, that makes into an amazing card.
