Stella's Dressed for Paddys DayCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a green C5 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
