a decoupage sheet especially to say congratulations could be for male of female and would work for several occasions, new, job, passing exams, new driver, etc. has a very happy looking bottle of wine with glass and the words congratulations, well done, you did, it, way to go, and cheers around the outside of the frame thank you for looking please take a peek at my other items

Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added two paper flowers. A delightful fun way to say congratulations and very easy to make. Love it.
I re-sized this fab design in order to make a money envelope. I added my own sentiment to the top, and printed it out on glossy 170gsm photo paper.
I made the basic envelope from a tri-folded co-ordinating sheet of green A4 card, shaped the third side, to form the money pocket, sticking it down the left-hand side and across the bottom with strong DST.
I attached the design to the front, printed out the decoupage onto glossy 170gsm photo paper, cut out and attached all the elements using 2mm foam tape.
I then attached small googly eyes to the top layer of the wine glass decoupage, and a small red bow to the neck of the bottle.
I mat and layered this card onto gold mirri card and used Wink of Stella glitter pen on the glass and bottle.
