Printed onto professional photo paper.All pieces cut out then assembled using 3D foam.I placed ribbon underneath the balloons and tied some thread around to gather, then added a bow before sticking in place on the design, I built up the butteflies and placed them randomley, added a gem to the Congrats tag then mounted onto some high quality card which I had previously covered with one of my own designs.
