I ordered this design specifically because it is ideal for many of my customers! I printed this on Crafty Bob 200gsm glossy photo paper cut and decoupaged all the elements and then attached them to the base design.

I used an ivory pearlesent stepper card, matted a pale background paper and edged with a decorative gold peeloff.

I mounted the design onto the card, added 'Dear Husband' in gold peeloff letters onto thelarger heart with a green heart diamante below! on the other part of the stepper I used the same backing paper and added a champagne bottle (the husband is rather partial to champagne)!!!! a double line of fine bronze ribbon along the base and some green gems finished this card off.
