I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a sentiment to finish. A great fun design for Valentine's Day.

I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces (taking great care with the feathers on the arrow and its shaft).
I layered the pieces using foam squares and dots and added heart brads to the corners before flat sticking the finished design to my base card.
