I matted the image to silver mirri card then onto a black a5 card blank. Built the decoupage elements with tiny double sided sticky pads. I stamped a sentiment to the tag using a versamark pad then brushed over it with mica powder.

Added some red flat backed pearls to the corners and then sprayed the card with Crafters Companion Spray & Sparkle
