Princess Kitty Decoupage in TurquoiseCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to black card stock. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam pads.I have added white lace around the frame, four blue glittered roses, a pale blue bow and some Stickles glitter.

The colour of this sweet design is gorgeous and Princess Kity is sat very elegantly on her couch. Very feminine but useful for many occasions and ages.
