I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper with tape to a red mirri card and added the decoupage layers with foam pads.

I decorated it with gold border peeloffs, added the greeting and I will add glitter to it to finish it off.

This sheet makes a beautiful topper for a Valentine card.
