Heart on a Chain Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Irene Woods
OccasionValentines & Romance / Valentines Day
I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the base image to my white card blank, leaving a border of approx. 3mm. I then built up the decoupage layers using glue gel.
Finally I went over the wording with a sparkle pen.
