Printed onto photo card, I cut out and layered this cute image with 3d foam pads. I used cup173007-719 for the heart backing sheet and matted the image onto red/white card circles, adding my own hand stamped sentiment and cut out red corners.
A tiny dotting of red liquid pearl finishes this delightful card!
