I printed the design on a Glossy Photo paper. I clipped all the items out. I made a base card in a Cream colour and glued the main design on to it.
I also made a border in Gold and a Red border and glued the on top and under the design.
I attached the Decoupage/ 3D on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy card to make with Beautiful colours! I recomend this card to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to silver mirror card, then on to a card and layered. Added two pearl heart buttons to embellish. A gorgeous design.
