I printed on matte card wet glued the picture onto a border cut white base card. cut around the 2nd heart and bow and added with the other elements with foam squares.

I used red glitter on the red stripes and black opal glitter on the edge of the heart,tail,shoes and suit. then opal glitter on the top half of the sentiment, to finish I added red gems on the border.
