Be My Valentine Male Card with DecoupageCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to CUP´s Premium Gloss 250 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a White base card and glued the design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads and wrote With love on the Sentiment.
