So here's one for the guys. Very simple and quick to make up.

I choose to make it up so that it was for any age, but you could also add the plain sentiment tag to the bottom RH corner and pop on some gold numbers for a special birthday - that jump right out at you!

I simply printed the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted the decoupage with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a black cardstock with DST and it was done!

If you like to jazz it up a bit, you could add some silver or grey Stampin' Up Candy dots around the border for a bit more dimension and maybe inside add a little insert (a white copy paper with a text box, with bold double lines around to write your message) for some added colour, just stick it on a piece of yellow cardstock first, with a little yellow showing around the edges.
