You Rock - Blue Hair Costume 2Completed by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light green C5 card, then i added a silver border all round the outside edges of the card, i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and i then finished my card by placing a bow on the centre left of the design, youre a star sentiment at the bottom and where the stars are i placed a small pearl in the centre, this is a beautiful design for any teenager, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
