I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached a piece of purple glitter paper to my card blank and added the main picture of the design with double sided tape.

I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.

I also added glitter to the candle flame and silver bling to the shoes. This is a fun design, ideal for teenagers which is easy to make.
