Reduced the size and printed twice for extra decoupage, mounted onto black card and then white 8 x 8" scalloped edge card, decoupaged with foam pads, punched out splashes and then stuck them back on with foam pads, added glossy accents to the water and splashes for a really wet look, added square dome stickers for wall tiles, I will use this as a congratulations card for my nephew Ben when he gets his next swimming medal.
