Roller Blade Disco Queen Decoupage SheetCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i frist printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the backing paper, for this design, which i had previously placed onto my card, i then added a multi coloured border all round the outside edges of the backing, to finish my card, i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for a young ladys birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective once done.
