I printed onto Crafty Bob's Photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Embossed card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and to finish I added Clear Gems to the corners, added a Greeting Tag and used the Matching insert inside.
