The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a green hammer finish card as my base. I attached a piece of green retro paper which I outlined with a gold pen.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of green card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used the greeting supplied and used a satin ribbon and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
