I downloaded then printed onto 200grm satin photo paper and cut out all the elements. I glued a large background scene (separate design, lawn bowls scene 1) to a card blank approximately 297mm x 210mm ( A4), using roller tape adhesive, leaving a white border 5mm wide.
I added the layering elements to this using 2mm thick foam adhesive pads and then added the sentiment.
