I used white card and green patterned paper for background and gold border peel off to decorate. I mounted main picture onto a piece of black card then layered each decoupage piece using foam pads. Stuck this on front of card and finished with a sentiment of Happy Birthday.
Printed out the decoupage sheet and layered onto green spotty paper. Finished off with an additional peel off greeting.
