Football Fan from - ChelseaCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the design onto some good quality matte photo paper then cut out the pieces. I also printed a Chelsea design onto some vellum. I used a plain white dl card as a base. I attached the vellum then applied the main bit of the design.

I decoupaged the word Chelsea using silicone glue. I added a name for decoration.
