I printed this sheet onto matte photo paper cut it out and attached the base image to an 8x8" square card.
The decoupage was assembled with Pinflair Glue Gel.
To complete the card I added diamante hot fix gems on the large heart and gold swirl peel offs in two corners.
Makes up into a gorgeous card...really pleased with it.
