I printed onto glossy photo card. I mounted a piece of coordinating card at an angle onto my card base then added the topper on the reverse angle using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.

I printed out onto 220 gram card ,mounted on a 7 by 7 card ,decoupaged using sticky pads ,finishing by attaching small pearls.
