I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I backed the main image with a piece of red cardstock and attached to a pink card. I used Glossy Accent on the owl dimensions and raised them with foam strips.

I used ice white pearl pen on the branches for snow and transparent pearl pen on the hearts. I added some die cut hearts and a butterfly and metal hearts. A perfect card for an anniversary. A raised greeting could also be added on top of the Happy Anniversary and used for Valentine cards.
