Such a lovely card to help a loving couple celebrate their Engagement. So quick and easy to make, but yet looks stunning. I printed the sheet, cut out the base topper and decoupage elements and later mounting them all with foam tape.

I then coudln't decide on the embellishment and turned to my stash. I found a piece of lilac hearts pearlescent paper, which worked fabulously, so I adhered that to a white ready made card base before adhering the base topper.
