I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the centre diamond on the ribbons and to the front of the shoes. I finished the card by adding a piece of organza ribbon from my craft box.
