I printed the sheet onto 160gsm gloss card and cut out .I decoupaged all the layers using sylicon glue.Except the chocolate under the bow.(The chocolates look so real you could eat them.)I added 2 blue gems to the hearts ans peel offs to the tag.I then matted and layered onto black gloss card leaving a small boarder.I made a base card from caramel cardstock and edged with a gold leaf pen.I then matted a layer of dark brown card (edged with leaf pen again) to make an over the edge card.I matted and layered the topper again onto dark brown card and then caramel card to match the base card and edged with leaf pen.

I added thsi to the over the top base using 3d foam tape.I made a small base bar from dark brown card with caramel card onto.Edged with gold leaf pen and then added a row of heart peeloffs.I added a blue gem to alternate hearts.I the attached this with 3 d foam tape under the topper.Finally I added the last chocolate to the middle of the bar.The graphics are amazing and this makes a very sumptious card
