OccasionI printed onto Crafty Bob's Photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and then added this to a White card base.
I added the center Topper and Greeting Tag with foam tape and the other decoupage with foam pads. To finish I used a Matching insert, with a Verse inside and added Blue Sparkalicious Glitter to the 30 on the Center Topper and Glitter to the Sparkle, Greeting Tag, Bubbles and small 30.
This is such a pretty card to give your Husband on your Pearl Wedding Anniversary.
